It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for Smartype and the Content Management System they have developed.

I have been involved with Smartype for about nine months in my role as a consultant to Queensland Cricket and project manager for the amalgamation and re-launch of the websites of Queensland Cricket and the Queensland Bulls.

After a lengthy and exhaustive process I chose Smartype from a list of five companies that had responded to a general tender document. I happily endorsed them on the strength, particularly, of the iSmart system and, secondly, the all-round quality of the Smartype staff.

With phase one of the re-launch of the QC/Bulls sites now virtually complete, I feel totally vindicated in my choice and more than satisfied in the service and product we now have.

The iSmart system is very user-friendly and efficient, and satisfies easily and simply the extensive requirements of what is now a large QC/Bulls site. It has delivered all that we expected of it, and, on request, the Smartype engineers have adapted several features or designed new features to meet our specific needs.

I have also enjoyed working with the Smartype staff. They respond quickly to queries and special requests, and, from an outsider's perspective, seem to operate most efficiently as a unit while maintaining the essential delineation between the different areas of operation.

Also, I believe the Smartype/iSmart package is a good value-for-money option, and I will happily and enthusiastically use this system again for future website projects.
